ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Abbey Springs Farmhouse represents a transitional lifestyle with the ability to welcome extended family and friends. The property is located in an established neighborhood with a challenging topography, that lends itself to a unique design solution starting with traditional massing.

We were able to place, and design the home, to maximize the natural light throughout. The home features a functioning cupola and a garden style lower level, which filters natural light into the living areas and maximizes the overall perception of the rooms. The modest layout champions a master
down with three bedrooms plus loft on the second floor.

The overall tight package of the Abbey Springs Farmhouse illustrates that functional living can be efficient, with a grand perception.
