From historic school to luxury condos!

This adaptive reuse project transforms what was once a school into 7 luxury condos.  It also features inside parking in the school’s old gymnasium.  The school building is comprised of the original 1930s portion with a later addition in the 1960s. Transforming this architecturally significant structure was important to both our client and the community and has provided new life into an empty building.
