Today we’re sharing photos of our recent site visit: a clubhouse nestled in a growing 55+ community.
The floor plan was designed around a large open club room where residents can enjoy a drink at the bar, relax in the lounge near the fire, or sit in the reading room with a book. Adjacent to the club room is a covered patio that will provide access to pickleball courts. When the weather is cold, a fitness room with a yoga studio and an indoor swimming pool provide great options to stay active.
Riverbend Condos are a 55+ community located in Genoa, IL. The neighborhood is adjacent to Russell Woods, a 126-acre forest preserve, which boasts a canoe launch, hiking/biking trails, fishing ponds, and the Kishwaukee River.
