This complete remodel transformed the traditional plan to a fresh, clean, and modern environment that aligns with the needs of a young family of six. Originally the childhood home of the owner, this formal Tudor style has been given a new lease on life. “Simple Elegance” best describes the new design, keeping a formal entry that flows into the open family space and creating a new monument stair location to better connect the levels of the home. The addition of windows and natural light played a major factor in the main living space, which also increased the transparency to the existing rear yard amenities.
