It has been a great year here at COBU with an amazing team and exciting new projects across the country!
This year, we reached our 7-year milestone! It was a great year filled with site visits, lunch-and-learns, team meetings, new faces, and hard work! We have expanded licensure to new states, with current licenses across 31 states! Throughout the year, we have seen projects completed and started many new projects! Along the way, we had fun celebrating holidays and birthdays together as a team. We wrapped up the year with some competitive golf while enjoying food, drinks, and good company.
COBU continued to be an active participant in various organizations including the Association of Licensed Architects, Society of American Military Engineers, Building Industry Association of Greater Chicago, Urban Land Institute, Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Illinois, National Association of Home Builders, Elgin Area Chamber, and International Code Council. This year, we attended many events including the Annual SAME Boat Cruise.
As 2025 comes to an end, we are so grateful for our hardworking team that has made this year so amazing. We look forward to another great year!
