COBU recently attended the Grand Opening of the Clubhouse in Riverbend, a project nestled in a growing 55+ community.
In our previous Construction Site Visit, the project was still in it’s framing stage. Now the final finishes have been installed and the clubhouse is open to the community!
The floor plan was designed around a large open club room where residents can enjoy a drink at the bar, relax in the lounge near the fire, or sit in the reading room with a book. Adjacent to the club room is a covered patio that provides access to pickleball courts. When the weather is cold, a fitness room, yoga studio, and an indoor pickleball court provide great options to stay active.
Riverbend Condos By Grainger are a 55+ community located in the Genoa, IL. The neighborhood is adjacent to Russell Woods, a 126-acre forest preserve, which boasts a canoe launch, hiking/biking trails, fishing ponds, and the Kishwaukee River.
