The weather is warming up and so are our site visits!
Recently our team at COBU had the opportunity to re-visit this 3-bedroom ranch-style residence, complete with an in-depth tour by the homeowner. Great progress has been made since our Framing Site Visit. The drywall is up and the exterior finishes are nearly complete at this 3,400 square foot custom home in Grafton Township. We are excited to see this project transform from a construction site into a beautiful forever home for this family!
